Advanced BioSystems, Inc. (ABS) services most major brands of medical equipment. We strive to offer high quality, dependable, and efficient service to all of our customers.

 

Before you send us your equipment for repair, complete and submit the Service Authorization Request below. 


Scheduling your equipment for preventative maintenance and upgrades will enable you to avoid preventable downtime and minimize lost revenue.

 

We also offer service contracts on various types of equipment.


Please feel free to contact us for information about getting your equipment serviced or getting a quote on a service contract.


NOTE: We have some equipment that is available for rent on a monthly basis, or while your equipment is serviced. If you have a service contract with us, we will do our best to provide you with loaner equipment.

 

Estimates

In most cases we must see your equipment to provide an accurate estimate of the time and materials needed to repair it. Some estimates are billed hourly; others are billed as a flat Diagnostic Fee based on the type of equipment being diagnosed.


Field Service (for local customers)

Should you prefer, we can send a field service technician to your site to do the repair or assist you as requested.


Pricing Levels


Silver Service

Regular Repair -- Most of our customers select a "Regular" repair time schedule.

 

Gold Service

Rush Repair -- We appreciate the customer’s need to have repairs done quickly. Rush repairs receive immediate attention.

 

Platinum Service "24-hour Response"

Emergency Repair -- For customers requiring immediate service, we also offer guaranteed next day or same day service. We will assess the unit and begin repairs immediately.
